Powering the RTX 300 is a new 299cc liquid-cooled, DOHC RT-XD4 engine that produces 35.5 bhp and 28.5 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox featuring an assist and slipper clutch and a bi-directional quickshifter.

The motorcycle is built around a newly developed steel trellis frame and features WP upside-down front forks along with a rear monoshock offering 180 mm of suspension travel.

Braking duties are handled by disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS, while the RTX 300 offers 200 mm of ground clearance. It weighs 180 kg (kerb) and comes with an 835 mm seat height, striking a practical balance between touring capability and rider accessibility.
